System operational effectiveness is typically measured as runtime. As most of us in the business of operating equipment understand, runtime is easily achieved when systems are not working at full capacity. The art of operational effectiveness is achieving high runtimes (> 80%) while still maximizing the effectiveness of the remediation process and equipment.
Since maintaining the operational effectiveness of the equipment is crucial in the remediation processes, Tri-Con offers full or partial operation and maintenance (O&M) services for our equipment or any equipment you may have obtained from another vendor.
There are several advantages of using our O&M services. First, we are experienced and have success at operating systems at an 80% or greater runtime. Our primary focus is remediation equipment performance. By using our O&M services, your company will save money by not having the overhead of employing O&M technicians who may not be 100% billable. Labor associated with equipment repairs will fall under our O&M service. The customer would only be responsible for parts unless the system being used is from Tri-Con’s rental fleet.
